Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from the online store igirohe.ee, operated by Igirohe OÜ, registry code 17205539, VAT number EE102843893.
By placing an order through igirohe.ee, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Prices
The prices displayed in the online store are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise.
Any delivery charges applicable to an order are displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Igirohe OÜ reserves the right to change product prices and information. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred and applicable law permits cancellation or correction.
Product photographs are illustrative. Minor differences in colour, shape, texture or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, lighting and screen settings.
2. Placing an Order
To purchase a product, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, chooses the available delivery and payment options and completes the required information.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the information entered.
An order becomes binding after it has been submitted and the payment obligation has been accepted by the customer.
The customer receives an electronic order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
3. Payment
The customer can pay for the order using the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Igirohe OÜ does not receive or store the customer's complete bank card details when payment is processed directly by an authorised payment service provider.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered using the delivery methods available during checkout.
Available delivery methods, delivery prices and any estimated delivery times are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Igirohe OÜ will fulfil the order without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Igirohe OÜ will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate solution or refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer purchasing through the online store generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by submitting a clear withdrawal request through the withdrawal functionality provided on the website or by contacting:
After notifying Igirohe OÜ of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The consumer may examine the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to examining goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for such examination and their value has decreased, Igirohe OÜ may have the right to claim compensation for the reduction in value in accordance with applicable law.
6. Refunds
When the consumer validly withdraws from the contract, Igirohe OÜ will refund the payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, where required by law.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Igirohe OÜ receives the withdrawal notification.
Igirohe OÜ may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Igirohe OÜ are not required to be refunded.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances specified by law, including, where applicable, goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery.
Any applicable exception will be communicated to the customer where required.
8. Defective Products and Complaints
Igirohe OÜ is responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with applicable Estonian law.
A consumer may submit a complaint concerning a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the statutory period.

9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on igirohe.ee and applicable data protection legislation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact Igirohe OÜ first so that any issue can be resolved directly.
If a consumer and Igirohe OÜ are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the consumer may have the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
The consumer may also use any other dispute resolution or judicial remedies available under applicable law.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
For consumers residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law that would otherwise apply to them.
