Delivery
Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed during checkout.
Delivery options may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. Larger artificial trees, plants or other oversized products may require a different delivery method from smaller parcels.
The estimated delivery time, where available, is indicated during the ordering process or communicated after the order has been placed.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be fulfilled no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
Please make sure that your name, delivery address, telephone number and other contact information are correct when placing an order.
Damaged Deliveries
We recommend inspecting the shipment when you receive it.
If the packaging or product has been damaged during transportation, please photograph the packaging and the damaged product and contact us as soon as possible at:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Products
You may examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical shop.
Please return the product complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
If the product has been handled more than necessary to examine it and its value has consequently decreased, Igirohe OÜ may be entitled to deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Return Costs
Unless Igirohe OÜ has agreed otherwise or the product is being returned because it is defective or incorrect, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
For oversized products, return transportation costs may be higher than ordinary parcel delivery costs.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order, where required by law.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
Incorrect or Defective Products

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
